Our History

Mario Sperry Jiu Jitsu System has been put to practice and evolved for over 25 years through Mario’s previous gyms, seminars, competitions and a life dedicated to martial arts.  From the 15,000 students that have learnt Jiu Jitsu through our method, over 500 have become black belts and many of which went on to become Brazilian champions, world champions and MMA title holders such as Rodrigo Minotouro, Rogerio Minotauro, Ricardo Arona, Milton Vieira, Paulo Filho and Anderson Silva.
